Joxi

The first thing you can do with Joxi is take a screenshot – the whole screen or just a region.
The second thing you can do with Joxi is annotate the screenshot – add custom text, draw lines, include arrows, and more.
The third thing you can do with Joxi is decide what you want to do with the screenshot – save it locally, upload it to the web, share it via Twitter or Facebook.

You must do two things to get started with Joxi. First up, you must install Joxi on your Windows-powered machine. This is a simple, straightforward process that takes little time. Next up, you must create an account. This is also a simple, straightforward process that takes little time.

While Joxi is running, you will see an icon in the system tray.
Left click the icon and the screen will go dark; you will be able to select a region and Joxi will capture it.
Right click the icon and you will be presented with a window that features the following options: capture a region, capture the whole screen, open your account and view all the screenshots you uploaded to the web, open the Settings menu, open the most recently uploaded screenshots, copy the link for the most recently uploaded screenshots.

Using Joxi is a simple three-step process:
Step 1 – take a screenshot. Take a screenshot of a certain region or of the entire desktop.
Step 2 – annotate the screenshot. You can add text, draw using a pencil, add lines, add arrows, add a blur effect, and more.
Step 3 – decide what you want to do with the screenshot. You can save it locally, you can upload it to Joxi.ru, you can share it via Facebook, you can share it via Twitter, and more.
